Space Information
The development consists of three buildings, 15 stories above ground and three below. Each tower is planned to feel independent yet arranged organically to secure river views, natural light, and privacy.
Positioned along the longer axis of the site, the buildings are laid out to minimize view overlap while forming a rhythm that responds to the flow of the Han River.
The facade design emphasizes vertical proportions and the dimensionality of the curtain wall, drawing the changing sky and reflections of the river into the architectural expression.
Exterior finishes combine stone, aluminum, and glass in a refined palette, achieving both sophistication and long-term durability. Shared spaces form a core component of the resident experience, featuring hotel-quality amenities such as lounges, a fitness center, indoor pool, and reception areas, connected as a unified extension of everyday life. These spaces go beyond typical auxiliary facilities, offering a sensory experience that redefines the idea of “dwelling” in the middle of a dense metropolis. Interiors maximize river views through wide openings, and natural light filters deep into rooms to make the progression of daylight perceptible throughout the day. Pozes Hangang stands not just as another luxury residence, but as a new riverfront living model in Seoul; a place of “quiet luxury” where city and nature overlap.
